Astor Place Cube by Olek.

The Astor Place Cube, otherwise known as the Alamo, is an outdoor sculpture by Tony Rosenthal located on Astor Place in New York City. Rarely moved or modified since its installation in 1967, visual street artist Agata Olek recently covered the Astor Place Cube in her signature crochet style camouflage. Upon closer observation, the all-over-print crochet pattern is inscribed with a border that reads “I’m still proud of what I do for a living.” Olek is characterized by her unique crochet adornment street art and she previously gained exposure for enveloping Wall Street’s Charging Bull in a similar camouflage stitch pattern.
